Previously, the Police Service Commission (PSC) before June, 2019 provided list of shortlisted 338,227 applicants out of the 911,438 that applied for this recruitment exercise into the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).

We were reliably informed that 205,830 were shortlisted for Constables of Police, 87,736 to be recruited in the next phase of the recruitment for cadet Inspector Police . Meanwhile, the application statistics reads thus – 262,426 applicants for cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), 211,832 for Cadet Inspector and 437,144 for Police Constables.

Selection of successful applicants would begin on or before June 2019 in the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory.

“Invitation letters were also sent to successful applicants through SMS and to their personal email addresses.”

According to the Chairman of the Commission, Mr Mike Okiro, he warned candidates against fake letters from criminal elements, stressing that “the invitation states the date for each person’s screening and venue of the screening.

• Find below the list of successful candidates in the recent Police Constable Recruitment lower cadre
• All successful candidates are requested to report at the Police Colleges/Training Schools indicated against their names.
• Training commences on Monday 21st October, 2019 and Registration closes on Friday 25th October, 2019
• Failure to report for Training within the stipulated time will mean that the candidate has declined the offer.
