Many beneficiaries are yet to collect their devices and this has continued to create problems among the volunteers who do not know how to go about it. Please be rest assured that the device will be delivered to all volunteers, this article will talk mostly about the device collection and equally the time and venue

In order to receive your npower device, you will have to contact the local npower personnel attached to your locality.

Npower helpdesk is charged with the resolving of most of the lssues faced by all Npower beneficiaries who may experience one during the course of their participation in the programme. each helpline you can has been specifically assign to attend to each issues you raised and am here to explain what each does and how you can only contact the right Npower customer care.

IF YOU HAVE ISSUES PERTAINING TO YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

If you have issues pertaining to incorrect names on your npower portal, it is best you quickly resolve it but logging in and correcting it with your username name and password. You can resolve it by using the link below

If you actually cannot update your details and personal information, please send an email or call the helpdesk by scanning your correct information to either you call the helpline display below or you send an email to them via Ask for help… Call 0814-556-9572

If there is any inconsistency in names you may lose access to the device you will not asked to come collect the device.

Reporting for BVN Linkage and Bank Account Details

This case concerns those whose payment cannot be wire to them due to non linkage of BVN or No BVN attach to their bank account. This can be sent to the npower customer support email as state below with a bank print out of your bank BVN as well as your bank account details. Send an email to:  support@npvn.desk-mail.com

 

Reporting for verification

Where a beneficiary has not been verified, as for the case of the 2016 beneficiaries, note that such beneficiaries will not be paid until that exercise is done. While it may depend on when it was done, the Npower stipends will commence from the month the candidates was verified. That is beneficiaries will start receiving payment from the month of their verification. You can send a mail to Npower with your scan bank account details from when you join the programme to be aware that you have not receive any payment as at when due. This should be sent as a mail, stating your full names, bank account name and bank account number as well as your BVN. Where possible, scan your bank account statement to them for them to see and state your state, local government area of residence and place of primary assignment.
