2019 Society for Family Health Recruitment  Qualifications/Experience

  • Must possess minimum of an O’ Level and National Diploma Certificates and any other Degree or Certificate is an added advantage.
  • Experience and administration of the usage of correct data collection tools in each site.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel applications.

Skills and Competency Required:

  • Ability to locate the households/facilities detailed in the research sample.
  • Must possess the experience to use electronic data collection using tabs and checking completed interviews to be sure that all questions were asked and the respondent are recorded.
  • Must possess knowledge about informed consent processes.
  • Ability to select the respondents to interview based on specific selection criteria.
  • Must possess good writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively with others, as well as promote collaboration across multiple locations.
  • Ability to monitor and follow up households/facilities to interview.
