This Supplementary Admission Form is for candidates that scored 120 and above and partake in the  Post – UTME Screening Exercise for admission into the University of Port Harcourt for the 2019/2020 Academic year, but were not offered admission into the programmes of their choice may wish to apply for supplementary admission into other programmes in the University.
