Smiles and relief will soon be on the faces of all N-Power Beneficiaries about the March Stipends as President Buhari orders the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed to pay all workers’ salaries, the N-Power Beneficiaries are not left out. See more detail below.

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the payment of March salaries to all federal workers following the restriction of movement and lockdown in Lagos, Ogun and Abuja, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This order was made by the President after receiving briefing from the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed at the State House, Abuja.

The president directed the Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning to pay the salaries immediately.

The president directed the ministry to ensure that critical infrastructures were protected and as much as possible.

According to, The Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed, briefing journalists on the outcome of the meeting in Abuja said the President further directed that measures be put in place to protect the poor during this lockdown.

Meanwhile, the President had in March set up a special committee to immediately look into the effects of COVID-19 on the price of oil, with a view to reviewing the crude oil benchmark of the 2020 budget.

This will make easy for workers in the country to be able to scale through this period of lockdown, the N-Power Scheme will also benefit.

It is no longer news that all volunteers will start receiving their March 2020 stipends from 6th of April till 2nd week of April 2020. Those with backlog issues will be paid this month and the next.

  • Scan and upload Appointment Letter
  • Upload Place of Primary Assignment name
  • Scan and upload Bank account statement from the period you were not paid.
