Job Title 1: Logistics, Accounting, Business Administrator

Location: Umuahia, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time


  • A minimum of B.Sc in Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field with 2-4 years’ work experience.
  • Excellent Organisational skills
  • Proficient knowledge of SAGE software is an added advantage
  • Candidate must have a good understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Candidate must have an excellent organization skill.
  • Proven work experience as a stock controller or similar roles
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Good communication and negotiation skills

Job Title 2: Business Manager

Location: Festac / Maryland / Ajah, Lagos.
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Plan and execute operational procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business
  • Perform duties and supervise the cinema staff in all aspects of operations including Box Office, Concessions, retail, lounge, ushering and the projection room.
  • Preparing films and other content for screenings in a timely manner, with due care to avoid damaging material; securing films and other content to avoid opportunities for film theft and preparing films and other content correctly for onwards transport.
  • Showing films and other content in accordance with the cinema’s timetable and to the best possible standards of presentation.
  • Maintaining and caring for projection, sound and other audio visual equipment to ensure that it is operating safely and to its optimum technical capacity.
  • Taking responsibility for stock and money on your shift, ensuring that records are accurate and honest, that tickets and products are sold correctly (e.g. tickets are sold at the right price for the right film) and that cash is stored in accordance with the Company’s insurance requirements
  • Liaise with marketing staff in the preparation of advertising and marketing plans and ensure full support from operations.
  • Managing the staff on duty effectively including providing direction, training and feedback and allocating tasks to maximise the use of staff on duty; communicating relevant information to staff on duty and reporting back information to the management team and head office, as appropriate.
  • Develop, set, review and monitor uniform standards, operational practices, company policies hygiene and quality standards and ensure they are adhered to.
  • Set work targets for operational staff and conduct reviews of staff performance.
  • Ensure all day to day accounting and financial controls are fully operational
  • Maintaining standards so that deliveries are dealt with at the earliest opportunity and that stock rooms are tidy with stock stored correctly.
  • Reporting relevant information to Head Office; liaising with Head Office about the cinema maintenance issues.
  • Undertaking general cinema maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs, ad hoc repairs, concession machines etc.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other related fields.
  • Operations experience in Hospitality industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Managerial position.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities.

Job Title 3: Projectionist

Location: Festac / Maryland / Ajah, Lagos.
Employment Type: Full-time


  • A minimum of B.Sc / B.Eng in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for a better solution.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Electrical knowledge is an added advantage.
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a technician or relevant work experience
  • Strong technical skills
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office suite

Job Title 4: Team Member

Location: Festac / Maryland / Ajah, Lagos

  • Minimum of SSCE
  • 1 – 2 years relevant experience as a Cashier/Team Member

  • Must possess suggestive selling skills

Job Title 5: Cinema Team Lead

Location: Festac / Maryland / Ajah, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Daily Tasks (Team Leader to Monitor & Provide Support)

  • Lead by example to ensure Daily Guest Service is prioritised and implement exceptional guest service standard to meet guests expectations (Be positive & Motivate the team)
  • Be firm and take immediate action for any Cash or Security Breach to all box office staff
  • Ensure box office staff are presentable and have correct uniform
  • Ensure box office cinema staff are trained on guest service standards
  • Communicate 15mins morning and evening meeting goals to office staff.
  • Daily review of all disciplinary matters, discuss with BMto resolve them.
  • Ensure Guests Film information are always available (film guides, box office tickets and promo materials)
  • Check daily and ensure all tills are operatives and resolve any issues immediately
  • Daily Ensure the box office is always clean and organised accordingly
  • Follow daily cashing up procedures and security policy to protect assets and box office revenue. Any cash difference must be resolved immediately


  • Minimum of B.Sc / BA.
  • 1 – 3 years experience.
  • Candidate must have led a team in a related industry
  • Excellent supervisory skills
  • Candidate must stay around Festac and its environs
  • Candidate must have excellent customer service.
  • Preferable age range: 24- 30 years.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively
  • Great organisational skills
  • Great Communication skills

Job Title 6: Graphics Designer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Minimum of OND / HND, Certification and Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
  • 1 – 3 years’proven graphic designing and photo-editing software experience.
  • Excellent IT skills with familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Corell draw, In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
  • Knowledge of Video creation and editing, Motion graphics.
